Processing time
Most orders ship within 24 hours from our warehouse, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays ship the next business day.
US shipping
Free shipping on every order. No minimum.
- Standard: 3 to 7 business days
- You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships
International shipping
We ship to select countries outside the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination.
- Estimated delivery: 7 to 21 business days depending on the country
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country
Tracking your order
A confirmation email with tracking goes out the day your order ships. If you don't see it within 2 business days, check your spam folder or email hello@plubsy.com.
Lost or stuck packages
If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us. We'll work with the carrier and either reship or refund.
Wrong address
We ship to the address you provided at checkout. If you entered the wrong one, contact us within 1 hour of ordering so we can update it before shipment. We can't intercept packages that have already shipped.
Delivery delays
Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays beyond our control (weather, holidays, system outages). We'll keep you updated when we know.
